Job Description - Quality Manager
Overview
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with all applicable customer, industry, and regulatory standards. This role leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality processes that support manufacturing operations, supplier management, and overall product integrity. The Quality Manager serves as a key point of contact for audits, quality investigations, and performance improvement initiatives.

This role operates in both office and production environments and may require standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Candidates must also meet applicable compliance requirements for working within regulated industries.
